We are a non-profit company established in 2008 and are committed to help organisations improve the productivity in the Construction & Real Estate sector using lean construction practices. The inefficiency in the construction industry and wastage is reckoned, as 50-60% abroad, and definitely more so in India. Lean Construction focuses on improvement of performance of the construction industry and its individual projects, which is where we come in.

Glenn Ballard is a pioneering figure in Lean Construction and a founding member of the Lean Construction Institute (LCI). He is widely recognized as one of the co-developers of the Last Planner® System, a collaborative planning methodology that has transformed construction project delivery worldwide.
As a researcher, educator, and practitioner, Ballard has dedicated his career to advancing lean thinking in the construction industry. He has served as a Research Director at the Project Production Systems Laboratory (P2SL) at UC Berkeley and has been instrumental in bridging academic research with practical implementation. His work focuses on production theory, project management, and the application of lean principles to improve construction productivity, reliability, and value delivery.
Ballard is a prolific contributor to the International Group for Lean Construction (IGLC), where he has presented groundbreaking research and helped shape the global lean construction movement. His publications and teachings emphasize the importance of collaborative planning, continuous improvement, and systems thinking in construction.
Throughout his career, Glenn has been a passionate advocate for transforming the construction industry through education, research, and cross-institutional collaboration. He continues to mentor students, advise industry practitioners, and push for the broader adoption of lean principles among owners, contractors, and designers worldwide.
His influence extends across continents, making him one of the most respected voices in the ongoing effort to achieve lean transformation of the global construction industry.

Garrett Eskens is a recognized leader in lean construction and execution excellence, currently serving as Director of Execution Optimization at Prologis, where he acts as the company's global partner for driving smarter, faster, and more efficient project delivery. In this role, Garrett integrates cutting-edge technology, world-class data analytics, industry best practices, and collaborative methodologies to continuously improve how Prologis designs and constructs its global portfolio of warehouses and data centers.
With over six years at Prologis, Garrett has been instrumental in embedding lean principles throughout the organization's development operations. As Director of Lean Construction from 2023 to 2025, he led continuous improvement initiatives, drove innovation, and standardized processes to enhance project outcomes. As Lean Construction Manager beginning in 2020, he laid the groundwork for Prologis's lean transformation during a period of unprecedented demand for industrial real estate.
Before joining Prologis, Garrett spent nearly five years at Turner Construction Company developing deep expertise in lean methodologies on complex projects. As Lean Manager for the Denver International Airport Concourse Expansion, he applied innovative lean methods to one of the nation's premier infrastructure projects. As Lean Manager for Turner's Kansas City business unit, he coached project teams on the Last Planner System, 5S, workflow optimization, and collaborative planning practices. His construction career began in the field as an Assistant Superintendent, giving him the ground-level perspective that informs his approach to operational excellence.
